Age & Safety
All ages welcome on all clearboat and whale watching tours. Children under 5 must wear a life jacket at all times on the water.
All vessels are fully certified and insured. Life jackets are provided for all guests. Crew members are trained in first aid and water rescue. Envatours is fully licensed under Mexican maritime tourism regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 48 hours before departure. No refunds within 48 hours. If tours are cancelled due to weather or sea conditions, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.
