You're never left wondering
Every booking comes with three layers of safety built in — no app download needed.
SMS arrival alerts
Your driver taps a button when they're on the way and again when they arrive. You get a text both times with their name, vehicle, and plate — so you know exactly who to look for.
Requires your phone number at checkout
One-tap ride share
Your confirmation page has a button that sends your driver's name, vehicle, plate, and route to any contact in one tap — a friend, family member, or travel companion.
No app needed — works via SMS or any share sheet
Printed driver ID card
Every vetted driver carries a laminated ID card with their photo, name, vehicle, and plate number — issued by 4 Cabo Fun — to show resort security and riders at pickup.
Issued to all approved drivers
Every driver is personally vetted — licensed, insured, and approved by our team before they can accept bookings. You see their real name, photo, vehicle, and plate before you pay.
Heads up: some resorts restrict private driver access
Many Los Cabos resorts require prior authorization before allowing private vehicles past the security gate — even with a room number. If your resort has this policy, you have two easy options:
- 1.Meet at the gate — your driver will wait at the security entrance and you walk out to meet them. Your confirmation includes the driver's name, vehicle, and plate so you know exactly who to look for.
- 2.Call the front desk — ask the concierge or front desk to authorize your driver's vehicle and plate number for entry to the lobby or porte-cochère before your ride.
Not sure about your resort's policy? Ask at check-in. Your driver will also carry their 4 Cabo Fun ID card to show security at the gate.
