What if my ship is delayed or arrives late?
We monitor ship schedules and work with you. If your ship is delayed, contact us as soon as you know — we'll do our best to reschedule your tour to a later time slot the same day. If we can't accommodate, you'll receive a full refund. Our real support team is reachable by phone and email, not a chatbot.
What if my ship cancels the Cabo port stop?
It happens — weather and sea conditions occasionally cause itinerary changes. If your ship skips Cabo entirely, we issue a full refund, no questions asked. Just let us know as soon as you hear from the ship.

Is transportation from the pier included?
For all land-based tours (Cactus Tours, Picacho Adventures, Canopy Costa Azul), round-trip transportation is included — pickup is at Marina Mercado, 53 meters from the tender dock. Marina water tours (snorkeling, clearboat, cruises, whale watching) depart from the marina, which is a short walk or water taxi from the tender landing. We'll send exact meeting point details with your confirmation.
How much time do I need back on the ship?
We always recommend being back at the pier at least 60–90 minutes before your ship's all-aboard time. When you book, tell us your all-aboard time and we'll build a tour schedule that gets you back with time to spare. Ships do not wait — we take this seriously.
Can I book the day I arrive in port?
Sometimes, yes — but we can't guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to tour capacity. For the best selection and guaranteed spots, book in advance. If you're already in port, call us at 1-855-422-2638 and we'll see what we can do.
Are your tours better than the ship's excursions?
